Delivery

We deliver «У Беларуса» products straight to your door in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area. We work with our own carefully chosen couriers so your order arrives quickly, cold and in good shape.

Coverage area

The map shows active zones and the delivery fee for each one. Tap a point on the map or enter your address in the cart and you will immediately see whether we deliver there and how much shipping costs.

Your address is outside the active zones? Send us a message in the bot chat — we can often arrange a special delivery.

Delivery hours

We deliver every day from 10:00 to 20:00 (Buenos Aires time). Orders confirmed outside that window are scheduled as preorders for the first available slot of the following day.

Preparation and delivery time

• Minimum time: 2 hours from order confirmation — we need that time to pick, pack and dispatch.
• Slot selection: at checkout you can pick a specific window (e.g. «today between 16:00 and 18:00»).
• Dispatch notification: you will receive a Telegram message the moment the courier leaves with your order.

Delivery fee

The fee depends on the zone and is shown automatically in the cart once you enter the address. No hidden charges — what you see before confirming is what you pay.

How the address is set

• You can place the pin on the map at your building entrance.
• Or share your location directly from Telegram.
• Remember to add the floor, apartment, intercom code or any other useful hint — it saves the courier time.

If you are not at home

The courier will contact you via Telegram on arrival. If delivery cannot be completed, we will reschedule a new slot; in some cases a re-delivery fee may apply.

Orders outside delivery hours

Ordered late at night or on a Sunday after closing time? Your order is still accepted as a preorder and is prepared as soon as the next slot opens. You will receive a Telegram notification when the order is ready to leave.
