These Terms and Conditions (the «Terms») govern the use of the distance-selling service operated by {RAZÓN_SOCIAL} through the Telegram bot «У Беларуса» and its associated web application (the «Service»). By placing an order, the User declares having read and accepted these Terms.

2. Object and acceptance

The Service allows the User to browse the catalogue, place orders, pay for them and receive products at the indicated address within the coverage zone. Use of the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms and of the Privacy Policy.

3. Registration and account

To use the Service, the User must sign in through Telegram. Authentication is carried out via the standard Telegram mechanism (initData) — no separate password is required. The User is responsible for the security of their Telegram account and must promptly notify any unauthorised access.

4. Orders, prices and availability

  • All prices are expressed in Argentine pesos (ARS) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices and availability may change without prior notice; the price applicable to an order is the one in force at the time of confirmation.
  • After confirmation, the User receives a notification with the order summary, total amount and selected payment method.
  • {RAZÓN_SOCIAL} reserves the right to reject orders due to lack of stock, obvious pricing errors, or inability to deliver to the indicated address; any amounts already paid will be refunded.

5. Payment methods

Available payment methods, settlement times and any associated fees are described on the Payment page. The Service accepts payments via MercadoPago, bank transfer, cryptocurrency (USDT-TRC20) and cash on delivery.

6. Delivery and timing

Coverage zones, opening hours and delivery times are described on the Delivery page. Minimum preparation time is 2 hours from order confirmation. Orders placed outside delivery hours are automatically scheduled for the first available slot (preorder mode).

7. Right of withdrawal (Law 24.240, art. 34)

Pursuant to article 34 of Argentine Consumer Defence Law 24.240, the User has the right to withdraw their purchase within ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the product, with no need to state any reason. To exercise this right, the User may contact support through the bot chat.

Exceptions: by their nature, perishable food items, opened products or items with a broken seal, and personalised orders are not eligible for withdrawal.

8. Legal warranty

Non-consumable movable goods are covered by the minimum legal warranty established by article 11 of Law 24.240. For food products, the warranty is governed by the expiry date printed on the package and applicable health regulations.

9. Consumer protection

For any complaint, the User can contact us directly through the bot chat or at {EMAIL_LEGAL}. Complaints can also be filed through the Argentine Federal Consumer Defence Portal of the Secretariat of Commerce.

10. Personal data

Processing of the User's personal data is performed in accordance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law 25.326 and as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual property

All Service content (texts, images, trademarks, logos, design) belongs to {RAZÓN_SOCIAL} or its respective owners and is protected by applicable law. Reproduction without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

12. Changes

{RAZÓN_SOCIAL} may modify these Terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date of last update indicated. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders that have already been confirmed.

13. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring action before the courts of their domicile.
